About Lucy
Experience:
Lucy joined Star Legal in August 2021 as a Paralegal and has since gained experience in both residential and commercial property. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2024 and is a member of our commercial property team in Thornbury. Lucy handles a variety of property transactions including Sales, Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, Lease Surrenders and Regrants, New Leases and Lease Renewals. She has experience working with a range of commercial clients from individuals to large companies.
Background:
Lucy graduated from Cardiff University in 2020 (BA Hons Ancient History and Archaeology) and 2021 (Graduate Diploma in Law). She went on to study her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations with the University of Law which she graduated from in August 2024.
