About Rachel
Experience
Rachel has experience in representing parents and other family members in court proceedings concerning their children. Rachel specialises in Care Proceedings where Social Services are involved. Rachel also has experience in matters concerning surrogacy arrangements and also in relation to step-parent adoptions.
In her role as a Family Lawyer Rachel works hard to support clients in difficult circumstances with empathy and sensitivity.
Background
Rachel has worked in the field of family law since 2006 when she joined CMHT Solicitors (now part of Star Legal) and has gained a number of years experience representing parents through the Court process.
