We have an exciting opportunity for a corporate / commercial lawyer to join our friendly and expanding team at our head office in Clifton. With all of the advantages of a large law firm, but the spirit and collaborative ethos of a smaller firm, Star Legal is a great place to work.
About the role
You will be working with the Director who leads corporate and commercial work at our Clifton office, as well as a junior assistant and you will help run a busy and growing corporate and commercial department.
We can offer you a varied and interesting workload of corporate and commercial work, including share and business sales and purchases, MBOs, share buybacks, restructurings, joint ventures, a range of commercial and trading agreements, and the usual corporate advice.
About you
This role will be ideal for you if you are either a senior associate or partner at an existing firm with experience of these matters, and you are looking to make a move to an exciting and growing firm.
Terms will be commensurate with the role and experience with good prospects to grow and ultimately lead the team.
